Two Awards for a PhD or a Post-PhD students working in France or French speaking Universities, public or private research organisms, industry.


A €15,000 prize will reward original work conducted and presented by young researchers, PhD and post-PhD students.

A € 4,000 prize will reward the best poster presented by all participants.

Young Researchers  2010

Application forms must be edited 

or (by post) in five copies

or uploaded  in the site (paper submission form) 

They must include

  • Scientific project: 10-20 pages
  • Applicant’s curriculum vitae
  • A presentation of the Laboratory where the works have been carried out
  • The most significant applicant’s publication(s).
Scientific project should include the most pertinent results and the perspective and updated works.

The papers will be confidentially evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Among the files received, nine of them will be nominated and invited to present their results during the 2nd SPIM, which will take place in Vichy next November 17th, 18th and 19th, 2010.


During the SPIM:

Travel and accomodation for 9 nominees will be completely supported by the organizing committee.

Nominees will present their results to scientists and industrials coming from the dermatology and cosmetic World.

The award winner(s) will be definitely selected by the Scientific Committee at the end of the SPIM.

The prize "Best Young Researcher" will be delivered during a special session in the last afternoon of SPIM.


All participants, young reseachers or not,  can exhibit a poster presenting topic related to research in skin physiology. The posters and papers cannot contain any commercial topic or research based on the promotion of active ingredients.
All the posters presented will be displayed during the SPIM. All participants can vote for the best poster- The deadline for voting will be on Friday, November, 19th at 2:00pm.

The prize "Best Poster 2010" will be delivered during a special session in the last afternoon of SPIM.
